- Comments: My 10, soon to be 11 year old daughter is very interested after a classmate and neighbor shared their Pirate experience. She is very svelt, agile, and can do front flips, cartwheels. She has taken gymnastics and dance. I am wondering if her age does not make competition cheeromg to late for her? Where would she begin?

- Comments: Words cannot express my graditude for laura and ed to add a special needs team to pirate allstar cheerleading, there first competiton was yesterday at the times union center, my emotions took over as soon as i walked in....and i still carry them with me, where i cant even talk about it, just cry with tears of joy and thankfulness, the teams and staff are so wonderful, to be a parent of a special need child, and have them included in something so special, and given so much respect, words cannot explain, i am so grateful for the team and for laura and ed and the opportunity to be a part of something so special!!!!!!!!!
